How I like to work is an interesting question. Empathy is the core of product building, a designer needs to open themselves up to another’s experience, connect and find unseen patterns & problems. With this clarity, we can create new things for the good of all.

For businesses this mindset allows us develop findings vital to identifying priorities, then design services and products that are both validated and delightful. It reduces innovation risk..

Design Thinking facilitates the development of empathy across the perspectives of its subjects to create products that are Desirable, Viable, and Feasible.
