The Innovation Refunds team and I built a Wirth – a mobile-first AI co-pilot that connects a business’s banking, payroll, and accounting data into one live picture; surfaces cash-flow and credit risk before it becomes a crisis. Membership conversion: 55% Weekly active / retention: 42% and growing.

The Innovation Refunds team and I built a Claude Code with Figma’s MCP integration Design System, introducing UI rapid prototyping by prompt and visual consistency. Guardrails in place allowed for minimal hallucinations, search for components went 72% faster and the output of UI more than 2Xed in speed.

My team and I rebuilt Fair/Shift’s car-buying checkout from a deposit-gated form and advisor phone call into one online flow—reserve, complete, review, track. Removing the deposit for a 1-hour reservation and added onboarding lifted checkout completion from 44% to 84%, cut lead-to-purchase time 300%, and boosted F&I sales 200%.

My team and I rebuilt the business banking platform for City National Bank, introducing simultaneous account management and personalization. This directly resulted in 300 new accounts and 5x greater engagement on the dashboard.
